Before you ship
- •Remove Find My, sign out of iCloud, and clear any passcode, MDM, or carrier lock. Locked devices can't be processed and are returned at your expense.
- •Don't open or repair the device. Opening voids the claim.
- •You pay shipping to us; we pay the return shipping back to you.
- •Pack safely and include the printed RMA sheet.
